Terms & Conditions




All quotations are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of the quote only and are subject to final submitted artwork. After this time Australian Merch Co. reserves the right to revise the quotation and associated costs and a new quotation may be required.

If Australian Merch Co. are supplying goods, we require a 50% deposit upon placement of order.


Our turnaround time-frames are 10 Business Days, commencing from date artwork has been approved and/or once the initial deposit has been confirmed. (Not from the date first contact is made).

Any delays to either artwork approval or confirmation of deposit being made will result in completion dates being pushed back accordingly.

Rush Jobs (under 2 weeks) will incur a surcharge of 25% to original quoted amount.

Pricing and Payments:

All stock ordered by Australian Merch Co. will remain the property of Australian Merch Co. until final payment has been made.

Australian Merch Co. reserves the right to change pricing according to that of the industry and/or our suppliers without notice.


Australian Merch Co. do not take any responsibility for goods that are delivered faulty from suppliers.


Please note: All completed works are at the risk of the clients. If the client is unsatisfied with the final product due to self selected options, such as, sizes/ styles/ selected stock or if the client opted for decisions like placement/ print size/ ink colours etc. to be made by Australian Merch Co., then it is at the clients own risk, & Australian Merch Co. accept no responsibility.

Here at Australian Merch Co. we love the work we do and will often post photographs of the job we have completed, if you’d prefer not to have your items photographed or used in our marketing materials please let us know in writing.
